Rentals require a 6-night minimum stay.

Each rental includes a $850 cleaning fee.

Your proposal will include an 11% FL Rental Tax and a 3% credit card processing fee

100% payment is required 30 days before your rental

50% payment is required to secure your dates

90% refund for cancelations 30 days before the date of check-in

No refunds will be granted for cancelations less than 30 days before the check-in date

Check-in time is 4 PM, Check-out time is 10 AM
